Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with over three years of experience in estate planning to join the Trusts and Estates Practice Group in Cleveland, Ohio. The successful candidate will work with families, individuals, and corporate clients on estate administration, succession planning, and charitable giving matters. Duties Advise clients on income, estate, gift, GST, and other tax laws. Develop estate and wealth planning strategies, including document preparation. Draft premarital agreements. Conduct research and analysis of complex state and federal tax law issues. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Requirements Ohio law license required. Experience in estate planning and related tax laws. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Ohio.
