In this role, you will partner with our Supply Chain organization, with a focus on our Allied and Recycling divisions, Continuous Improvement team, and Operations Training team to drive talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and culture initiatives across multiple manufacturing and distribution locations. As ADS continues to transform its Supply Chain operations, this highly visible role offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes through strategic HR partnership, dynamic thought leadership, and a strong focus on developing people and organizational capability. If you are passionate about helping businesses grow through talent and culture, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Align operational strategies with people initiatives to support growthLead performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, and learning programsOversee leadership recruiting and onboarding processesPartner with Regional Manufacturing Managers to implement people initiativesSupport professional development of Regional Manufacturing ManagersOversee HR responsibilities at site locations with Plant ManagersEnsure HR teams align with supply chain strategiesDrive transformation and support change managementEvaluate and improve organizational structureDevelop strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeismProvide employee relations support, policy evaluation, and conduct investigationsQualifications:5+ years of HR Leadership/Business Partner experienceBachelor's degree in businessAbility to use data for business recommendationsBroad understanding of HR laws, regulations, policies, and proceduresSkilled in building productive partnershipsExperience in leadership development programsCollaborative, confident, and influential leaderStrategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to foster team morale and bring fun to the workplaceHigh ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal valuesSkills & Competencies:Strong business acumenBalanced approach to business and people needsEffective communication and engagement skillsAbility to drive change and transformationStrong team-building and morale-boosting abilitiesADS supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
