Operating on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), we set clear goals, track progress through KPIs and OKRs, and follow structured SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across every department.The Medical Coordinator plays a critical part in ensuring clients are promptly connected with appropriate medical providers after signing with the firm. This role determines appropriate treatment needs, identifies providers near the client's home or work, sends and manages Letters of Protection (LOPs), and serves as the primary liaison between clients, medical providers, and internal staff.
