Contracting Specialist - Strategic Federal Procurements

Defense Threat Reduction Agency seeks a contracting professional to plan and execute procurement actions for highly specialized, high-importance requirements. You will apply a range of contracting methods, draft solicitations, negotiate contracts, perform cost and price analysis, and administer contracts from pre-award through closeout.
