Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAFe Scrum Master to lead critical technology transformation initiatives. This role involves driving DG modernization, EDI transitions, and real-time data extract projects within a complex, cross-functional delivery environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, technical acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure successful program delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DG modernization initiatives.
- Lead EDI transition initiatives.
- Lead real-time data extract initiatives.
- Drive large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Manage integration delivery and dependency management.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate PI Planning sessions.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and management.
- Navigate complex, cross-functional delivery organizations.
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience with SAFe/Agile delivery.
- 3+ years of experience in a SAFe working environment.
- Strong experience with APIs.
- Proficiency in PI Planning.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in integration delivery, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional delivery organizations.
- Minimum 8-10 years of overall experience.
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience with SAFe/Agile delivery.
- 3+ years of SAFe working environment experience.
