Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, accounts, or general customer questions.
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions.
• Resolve routine customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
• Protect customer and company information and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow up with customers when additional assistance or information is required.
• Meet established customer service, quality, and productivity expectations.

Work Environment Onsite: Work from our designated office location and collaborate directly with team members. Offsite: Work remotely from a suitable and professional workspace while maintaining reliable communication, productivity, and customer service standards.
