Pediatric Emergency Medicine – Medical Director – El Paso, Texas

Opportunity Highlights

Leadership role overseeing pediatric ED clinical operations, quality, and staffing
High-volume practice with ~25,000 annual visits and strong physician support
Balanced schedule: ~80 clinical hours + 40 administrative hours monthly
12-hour shifts with dedicated leadership time built in
Academic exposure with EM residents rotating through the department
Well-resourced facility: 122 hospital beds, 24-bed PICU, 13 ED beds, fast-track unit

Qualifications

BC/BE Emergency Medicine or Pediatrics (ABEM/AOBEM/ABP)
Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship trained or eligible
Minimum one year of leadership experience preferred
