Compliance Project Manager

Our client, a leading energy provider, is hiring a NERC Compliance Project Manager in Hammond, IN!All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays! (high chance of extension or conversion) In this role, you will lead NERC CIP compliance and operational readiness activities for a new Control Center and the onboarding of new BES Cyber Systems and assets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are planned, documented, tested, and validated ahead of commissioning and operational turnover.Responsibilities:• Lead NERC CIP compliance activities and project planning for the new Control Center and BES Cyber Systems.• Coordinate commissioning, testing, and operational readiness across cybersecurity, OT, physical security, facilities, and compliance teams.• Manage compliance documentation, evidence, risks, and audit readiness to support regulatory requirements and operational turnover.Requirements:Project management experience in compliance or infrastructure.• Knowledge of NERC CIP and OT cybersecurity• Experience with Control Center or asset commissioningMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
