Location: Fully Onsite, Orlando, FL Area Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM6:00 PM 4-month contract-to-hire based on performance Pay: $19/HR

4 Corner Resources is seeking a customer-focused Account Services Representative to support inbound customer calls, account management, order processing, and collections activities. This role will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with support requests, processing orders, maintaining accurate account records across multiple systems, and occasionally helping with light shipping responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, office experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Account Services Representative Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and route support requests appropriately
• Process customer orders and account requests
• Verify customer account status before escalating support issues
• Maintain and update customer information across multiple systems
• Assist with account reconciliation and data cleanup projects
• Make outbound collection calls regarding past-due balances and subscriptions
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records
• Provide professional customer service and follow-up communication
• Occasionally assist with light shipping and receiving tasks as needed
• Collaborate with internal departments including sales, accounting, and support teams

Account Services Representative Required Qualifications:

• Prior office or customer service experience required
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning multiple systems
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and ability to work fully onsite MondayFriday
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Account Services Representative Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred
• Accounts receivable or collections experience
• Experience using CRM or account management systems
