Report needs to the nursing supervisorPlace phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptionsPulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as requiredQualifications:Minimum 1 year experience requiredMust be licensed as an LPN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensurePay range $30-$32 per hourEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
