Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; these patients usually have home ventilators. 

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team of home health care providers for 8-12 hour shifts. Do you have home health care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who can uphold our standards and culture.

Qualifications:

• Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum 1 year Home Care experience
• Pediatric experience Preferred
• Provide Ventilator (vent), Tracheostomy (trach) & GT Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Salary: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour

Standard shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

Weekly schedule:

• Choose your own hours

Work Location: Cases throughout Brooklyn
