The successful candidate will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio, including our flagship Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our talent optimisation solutions, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of over 7,100 companies globally. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who wants to make a significant impact on how businesses develop their talent.Responsibilities:Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research to inform product development.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.Create detailed user stories, manage the product backlog, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Define and analyse key product metrics to measure success and guide future improvements.Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product value to both internal and external audiences.Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and ideation through to launch and post-launch optimisation.Qualifications:Essential Qualifications:Proven work experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar strategic product role.Demonstrable experience managing the full product lifecycle in a technology-driven environment.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies.A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and effective user experiences.Desirable Qualifications:Experience in the HR Technology, SaaS, or talent optimisation sectors.Familiarity with psychometric or behavioural assessment tools.A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
