Automation Specialist
Vertisystem (A MOURI Tech Company)
We're seeking a highly motivated professional with a strong technical background in building automation solutions to join our Wealth Management Operations team.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong data fluency and analytical skills
- Experience with automation tools and platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
- Certification in automation technologies preferred
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, or similar scripting languages
What You'll Do:
- Identify and evaluate process automation opportunities across operations teams
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA and workflow automation tools
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive adoption of automated processes
- Provide production support, troubleshoot automation issues, and implement continuous improvements
- Communicate project progress, risks, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of operational processes and controls
- Experience delivering end-to-end automation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for driving efficiency through technology and innovation
