Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr At Percy, we're reshaping how people discover meaningful career paths—and that includes opportunities in vibrant college towns across the U.S. We’re currently hiring Assistant Managers for recently renovated student housing communities in State College, PA Candidates should be comfortable handling leasing responsibilities, marketing on social media, and organizing office operations. Responsibilities and Duties Organize back-office operations and support the property management team. Assist in marketing efforts, particularly through social media platforms. Manage leasing inquiries, conduct tours, and secure new leases. Ensure effective communication with current and prospective tenants. Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of Student Housing or lease-up experience Experience marketing on social media.
