MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team at a hospital in Vermont. This position offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on patient-centered care and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities for a Physical Therapist:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
PT Job Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program / DPT.
- Current state licensure (or eligible for licensure) in Vermont to practice Physical Therapy.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
