Senior Payroll Partnerships Manager

Owning a portfolio of strategic partnerships, the full-time Senior Product Partnerships Manager will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Mercury's payroll vendor ecosystem, focusing on vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management, while working remotely or from designated locations in the United States. Key responsibilities Manage a portfolio of expansion partnerships with a focus on payroll vendors Lead vendor selection processes, including RFP evaluations and recommendations Structure and lead negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for Mercury Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in banking/payroll operations and strategic partnerships Experience managing relationships with lending management system providers Strong project management skills with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders Effective negotiation skills in complex commercial and regulatory discussions Technical inclination to interface with engineering and compliance teams
