What We’re Building
We are looking for professionals who bring:
- Aviation repair or maintenance experience
- Knowledge of FAA regulations (Part 145 experience preferred for leadership roles)
- Strong documentation and compliance discipline
- Operational mindset and ownership
- Desire to help build processes from the ground up
