Date: May 27, 2026 Location: Overland Park, KS, Houston, TX, Denver, CO, New York, NY Company: Black & Veatch Family of Companies Job Title: Business Management Lead – Infrastructure Advisory Opportunity The Business Management Lead is critical to evolve the support for and accelerate growth of the Infrastructure Advisory organization at Black & Veatch. This role will design fit‑for‑purpose business management capabilities, adapt enterprise standards, and establish operating rhythms to enable disciplined portfolio management, business analytics, execution controls, and operational governance. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management: establish and own portfolio management capabilities; monitor portfolio health with regular analysis, audits, and reviews; collaborate to profile and prioritize opportunities. Execution Controls & Quality Management: lead development and execution of controls, processes, and solutions for delivery excellence; implement risk review framework and oversee risk reviews. Business Management and Reporting: lead business analytics and executive reporting for IA leadership; develop internal tools to support governance workflows; support the Chief of Staff in reporting and continuous improvement. Long Range Planning & Resource Management: partner with Finance, HR, and IA Delivery Resource Management to support budgeting, overhead planning, and resource forecasting; track utilization and optimize resources. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of business management, finance, operations, or consulting experience. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred. Experience in portfolio and financial management. Ability to operate effectively in large, matrixed organizations. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 8+ years of related experience in business operations, strategy, HR, or finance.
