Maintenance Manager

Job Description Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a progressive dairy operation who is searching for a hands on Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of dairy facilities, equipment, and support systems. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime by ensuring equipment remains reliable and operational. Responsibilities Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems, repairing pumps, motors, facility equipment, parlor systems, ventilation equipment, plumbing, and general dairy infrastructure. Oversee routine maintenance of tractors, loaders, skid steers, and other farm equipment while coordinating major repairs with outside vendors when appropriate. Manage facility improvement projects, coordinate maintenance priorities, maintain service equipment and shop tools, and help ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently. Diagnose problems, respond to equipment failures, and take ownership of keeping a busy dairy operating at peak efficiency. The employer is willing to train an individual with strong mechanical aptitude who demonstrates the ability to quickly learn electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
