Senior Salesforce Analyst (Investor Applications)
Location: Manhattan - New York City, NY
*Onsite 5 days per week*
leading investment management company is seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst to support our Investor Applications team. This role focuses on Salesforce administration and configuration with light development responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can partner directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role focuses on Salesforce administration and configuration with light development responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can partner directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Salesforce administrator, managing user configurations, permissions, workflows, Flows, Process Builder, and page layouts.
- Lead configuration-heavy tasks, including system enhancements, automation, and day-to-day platform support.
- Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and implement effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, ensuring quick resolution and clear communication with both technical teams and stakeholders.
- Document system changes, create training materials, and support user adoption.
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and configuration (Sales Cloud preferred).
- Strong understanding of platform tools such as Flows, Process Builder, SOQL, and permission sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical and business language.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and delivering enhancements.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I).
- Experience with integration tools (e.g., Workato, FISDX, Intralinks) and Agile development practices.
