What You’ll Do: As a Cook at Primos Café, you’ll play a key role in the heart of our operation. You’ll be responsible for: Preparing food to order with accuracy, speed, and consistency Mastering the full menu and maintaining high food quality standards Following food safety and sanitation procedures Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked Completing opening, closing, and shift-change responsibilities Supporting your teammates and maintaining a positive kitchen environment What We’re Looking For: Experience in a kitchen or food prep environment preferred Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to stay focused and calm during busy service times Team-player attitude and willingness to help wherever needed A passion for great food and Southern hospitality MMI fostered a worker environment that is inclusive as well as diverse, where our team members can be themselves.
