Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is interviewing candidates for several full-time General Production Workers with a Hot Springs company! The schedule is Monday - Friday.

1st - 5:30am to 2:00pm

2nd - 1:30pm to 10:00pm ($1.00 Shift differential)

3rd - 9:30pm (Sunday Night) to 6:00am (Friday morning) ($2.00 Shift differential)

The pay is $17.34/hr with possible shift differential depending on schedule. This position is fast paced and the candidate must be able to keep up. This position also requires good hygiene as you will be handling food products. Performance based raises are available for associates.

General Production Worker key Responsibilities include:

Lifting and then stacking 50 lb bags of rice/flower onto pallets to prepare for shipping
Assisting with general clean-up in the production floor (sweep, mop, etc.)
Rotating to then cross-train to how the bag loader works, etc...

General Production Worker Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Ability to work at a fast pace
Good hygiene
