We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and capable of managing guest flow efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow

- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service

- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy

- Monitor wait times and communicate effectively with guests

- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
