You are working a warm pipeline of buyers with capital ready to move. What You Will Do Source and close commercial real estate transactions across DFW. Work directly with an assigned Business Development partner who pulls off-market deal opportunities for you. Serve buyers referred through our in-house CPA firm client base. Build your book from inside a machine that handles acquisitions, title, legal, financing, and property management under one roof. Your First 90 Days Week 1 is an intensive training on every software platform and data tool our top producers use daily. Weeks 2 through 9 are structured cold call training: scripts, objections, deal qualification, and follow-up systems. From day one you are working live deal flow alongside a dedicated BD partner. No waiting six months to earn your shot. What We Are Looking For We are not looking for experience. We are looking for obsession. No real estate license required. We will train you. Your license is your work ethic. Requirements Full-time availability, DFW-based. Strong communication skills. High drive and a competitive mindset. Ability to absorb and apply training quickly. Real estate experience is a plus but is not required and will not substitute for attitude. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, structured for high performers who want their income tied directly to the deals they close. Pay: From $1,000.00 per month + Commission Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Plano, TX, for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor. The advisor will facilitate commercial real estate transactions by sourcing potential buyers, sellers, and tenants, and guiding them through negotiations and transactions. Responsibilities include market research, relationship building, client presentations, managing listings, and identifying new growth opportunities. Additional duties include delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining familiarity with local market trends, submarkets, and industry regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate transactions Proven expertise in Sales and client relationship management within the real estate sector Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations Ability to conduct market analysis and identify lucrative opportunities in the Dallas and Fort Worth region Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Active real estate license in the state of Texas is highly preferred Experience in the North Texas market and an understanding of submarket dynamics is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr EQUITIFY
