Shift Manager

The Shift Manager will assist the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in the operation of a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in a manner that will provide our guest with a superb experience and will maintain an invigorating and stimulating work environment for all team members while helping the restaurant achieve its financial objectives. Responsibilities will include the areas of Guest Service and Shift Management. Benefits: Flexible Scheduling Competitive pay Free meal per shift No late nights No early mornings Sundays off Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Comprehensive training No fryers or grease Qualifications include: Availability: Open availability (20-35 hours per week) Must be able to adhere to all brand standards and maintain standards with team members Team leadership and training: Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver memory lasting service and food Operate and maintain speed and service operations Have an encouraging and uplifting attitude at all times Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure compliance with brand standard Manage cash drawers Enforce and oversee all policies and standards Support local marketing efforts such as catering orders or community events Must have at least 1 year of past restaurant experience (prior leadership experience preferred) Basic math and financial skills for cash handling and reporting Reliable transportation including valid driver's license and vehicle Comfortable leveraging Outlook calendar to keep track of schedules #J-18808-Ljbffr Alumni Ventures
