Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.26 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur05:30 AM - 01:30 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, and report details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and sensitive areas, assist with visitor directions and general inquiries, and support a professional presence that helps to promote order within the location. Minimum Requirements: Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Possess at least 6 months of security‑related experience. Provide proof of high school diploma or GED. A guard card or license is preferred. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
