Operations Manager

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a rapidly growing Top 50 Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our team at our Memphis, TN facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations within a high-volume distribution center, ensuring efficient material flow, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. *This role is a second or third shift position, typically requiring 5–6 shifts per week Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring: 2–5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Flexibility to work various shifts as needed A results-driven, competitive mindset with a focus on career growth Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead and manage warehouse personnel, including supervisors, clerical staff, labor teams, and drivers Oversee inventory control and ensure efficient material movement throughout the facility Enforce safety standards, quality expectations, and company policies Maintain strong customer relationships through daily communication and service excellence Prepare and analyze reports related to productivity, quality, safety, staffing, maintenance, and operational discrepancies Support additional operational initiatives and projects as assigned by the General Manager or customer What We Offer We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package, including: Medical and dental coverage 401(k) plan Paid vacation Opportunities for professional advancement and internal growth #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc.
