Are you friendly, dependable, and love working with people? Join our team at Rosati’s Pizza! We’re looking for an energetic Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Pay
- $12.45/hour + Daily Tips

Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive attitude
- Answer phones and take dine-in, carryout, and delivery orders
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Assist guests with menu questions and recommendations
- Keep the front counter, dining room clean and stocked
- Work as a team to provide fast, friendly service
- Help maintain a clean and organized restaurant
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
