Sales Director - High Power Semiconductor Solutions

Sales Director – High Power Semiconductor Solutions Austin,USA Role Summary Lead global sales and business development for LTSCT's High Power Semiconductor portfolio across Electric Vehicles (EVs), Renewable Energy, Industrial Automation, Energy Storage, Data Centers, Aerospace & Defense, and Power Infrastructure markets. Drive growth through strategic customer engagement, new design wins, and market expansion for power devices, power modules, and power conversion solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for high-power semiconductor products and solutions. Drive revenue growth across EVs, charging infrastructure, renewable energy, industrial drives, energy storage, data centers, and power management markets. Build and manage relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, system integrators, distributors, and ecosystem partners. Secure new design wins for SiC MOSFETs, IGBTs, Power MOSFETs, Power Modules, Gate Drivers, and Intelligent Power Solutions . Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategic account plans. Lead customer engagements from opportunity identification through design-in, qualification, and production ramp-up. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver differentiated customer solutions. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing, commercial negotiations, and long-term account growth. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Electronics, Engineering, or Business. 10+ years of sales/business development experience in power semiconductors, power electronics, industrial systems, energy, or automotive industries. Strong understanding of Power Semiconductors, SiC/GaN Technologies, Power Modules, Motor Drives, EV Powertrains, Renewable Energy, and Power Conversion Systems . Experience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, industrial automation companies, energy infrastructure providers, and automotive customers. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and design wins with global customers. Success Metrics Revenue and profitability growth. New design wins and customer acquisition. Strategic account expansion. Pipeline conversion and forecast accuracy.
