Sales Director – Communication Modules, RF & Connectivity Solutions Location: Austin, USA Role Summary Lead global sales and business development for wireless communication modules, RF products, and connectivity solutions across IoT, automotive, industrial, consumer, smart city, healthcare, and connected device markets. Drive growth through strategic customer engagement, new design wins, and market expansion for cellular, satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and next-generation wireless technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for communication modules, RF products, and wireless connectivity solutions. Drive revenue growth across IoT, automotive, telematics, industrial automation, smart metering, asset tracking, healthcare, consumer electronics, and smart infrastructure markets. Build and manage relationships with OEMs, ODMs, Tier-1 suppliers, telecom operators, distributors, and ecosystem partners. Secure new design wins for LTE Cat-1/Cat-4, LTE-M, NB-IoT, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, UWB, LoRa, and satellite communication solutions. Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategic account plans. Lead customer engagements from opportunity identification through design-in, qualification, and production ramp-up. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver differentiated customer solutions. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, pricing, commercial negotiations, and long-term account growth. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or Business. 10+ years of sales/business development experience in wireless communications, RF products, semiconductor, telecom, or embedded systems industries. Strong understanding of cellular connectivity technologies, including NB-IoT, LTE-M, 4G/LTE, 5G, private networks, and edge connectivity. Experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth/BLE, GNSS, satellite communications, RF design concepts, and wireless module ecosystems. Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and design wins with global customers. Success Metrics Revenue and profitability growth.
