Business Systems Analyst

Provide development and technical support for accounting, payroll, HR, recruiting, and financial planning systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect a list of ideas and potential projects to improve current systems, develop subject matter expertise on system capabilities, upgrades, and new releases. Analyze, configure, and release new features and enhancements, think creatively to design and create new ways to use system features, administer system security and user roles and assignments, provide end user support, including troubleshooting, report maintenance and development of reports and self-service reporting solutions. Analyze reporting needs, create specifications, and assist in the maintenance and development of reports and self-service reporting solutions, prepare ad-hoc reports and queries as needed, identify opportunities and implement changes to streamline reporting, develop and document administrative and maintenance processes and procedures, evaluate, test, troubleshoot, and deploy system updates, patches, and upgrades. Required: B.S. in Computer Information Systems, Business or related field; 4 years experience in Information Systems or related field with Workday Administration including Adaptive Planning.
