They operate throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and offer services like free estimates, rental car assistance, pickup and delivery, and minimal to $0 out-of-pocket costs for qualified customers.

Salary:
$20,800 guaranteed base salary (paid weekly) plus a $36,000 annual draw, providing the stability of approximately $56,800 in income while you ramp up, with a realistic $130,000–$150,000+ first-year earning potential and uncapped commissions , allowing top performers to exceed these earnings based on performance significantly.

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to drive business growth throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. The representative will educate customers on a streamlined cashless hail damage repair process, manage client relationships, and guide customers through the repair journey from initial contact through completion.
