ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000, and today I lead a dedicated team of three, with plans to grow by adding two or three more talented individuals. Before opening my agency, I worked as an Agency Manager and previously in Claims, so I bring a deep understanding of the business from multiple sides. State Farm has truly been part of my life from the very beginning my father was also an agent, and that family legacy continues to drive my passion for helping people protect what matters most.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Phil White - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
