Job Title: Bank Teller Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our dynamic financial institution. As a Bank Teller, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their transactions and inquiries are handled with the utmost professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing them with friendly and professional service. Process various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments, accurately and efficiently. Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about banking products and services. Maintain an organized and secure cash drawer, balancing at the end of each shift. Identify and report any suspicious activities or potential security risks in accordance with bank policies. Support the branch team in achieving sales and service goals by cross-selling relevant bank products and services. Stay informed about bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service and banking skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus. Previous cash-handling experience is preferred, but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office equipment.
