LOGISTICS
On-site in Milwaukee, WI 6-month contract to hireJOB DESCRIPTION
- Processing all claims and using Zendesk to assign claim files (could be up to 500 claims a day)
- Enter patient and claim information into TPA
- Working on adjustments/files and questions from TPAs
- Reporting for client engagement team
- Working closely with IT department
- Emailing internally or to providers and patients to request additional information, clarifying details, resolving discrepancies, and providing updates.
- Communicating with team members via Microsoft Teams
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of claims experience
- Experience working in medical claims
- Experience with TPAs
- Know how to manually process a claim
- Detail oriented
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable multitasking, hitting deadlines, and working within time constraints
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Fresh Desk, Zoho Desk)
- Formally worked within healthcare or insurance industry
