About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will be the in-house legal subject matter expert, with a focus on product legal strategy and execution, particularly in the areas of privacy, data, AI, and compliance. This role is pivotal in shaping the legal framework of a fast-growing tech company with a diverse range of revenue streams. The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable legal support systems, advising on commercial contracts, and ensuring the company's legal practices align with its mission to support creators. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school, be an active member of a State Bar Association, and have a proven track record of deep expertise in data, compliance, and product. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should be strategic thinkers, deeply curious, and business-oriented. The role requires a collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively and is a clear communicator and trusted advisor.
