IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Ensuring the quality and compliance of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud applications, the full-time remote IT Quality Assurance Analyst will lead test planning, execute manual testing, and coordinate defect resolution while supporting continuous improvement of QA processes. Key responsibilities Lead test planning and execution for Salesforce FSC enhancements, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing Develop and maintain detailed test cases and execute manual testing for core FSC capabilities and integrated systems Document and maintain QA artifacts in alignment with IT quality and SDLC standards while monitoring key quality metrics for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Financial Services organization, or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience testing Salesforce configurations and custom Apex/Lightning components Familiarity with financial services or banking processes, preferably within a bank or financial institution Working knowledge of QA tools such as JIRA, Test-Ray, or Azure DevOps for test and defect tracking Strong understanding of integration testing concepts and experience validating data across systems
