Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialist Location: Minneapolis, MN | Full-Time | Onsite Format: Temporary Contract | 6-12 Months Pay: $22-$25 an hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Review and validate customer account information across multiple ERP systems. Audit customer records, including account names, addresses, and related data. Utilize approved templates, FAQs, and communication materials to notify customers of upcoming changes. Communicate directly with customers via phone and email regarding account transitions and required actions. Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets to monitor migration progress and outstanding items. Partner with IT teams and project stakeholders to submit and track data updates and system changes. Document customer interactions, migration status updates, and project milestones. Support a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the migration process. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, account support, project coordination, operations, administrative support, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking. Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience working with ERP systems or customer data management is a plus.
