Elwood Staffing is seeking dependable Production/Packers to join a manufacturing team in Bristol, TN. This position will assist with inspecting, handling, measuring, and packaging finished aluminum products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Production Worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.04 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( 06:00pm to 06:00am )

• Inspect finished aluminum products for defects or damage
• Measure products to ensure they meet specifications
• Count, stack, bundle, and package finished products
• Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packing materials
• Assist with moving and handling materials throughout the production area

Production Worker Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to read and use a tape measure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production work

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
