This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop people, drive operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of HVAC installers through regular performance management, training, and mentorshipManage day-to-day installation operations, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and project executionFoster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvementProvide technical support and guidance on complex installations and field challengesPartner with sales, service, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth project completionMonitor quality standards, job costs, labor efficiency, and department performance metricsResolve escalated customer concerns and ensure outstanding service experiencesSupport hiring, onboarding, and retention of top installation talentParticipate in on-call rotation and assist during urgent customer or operational needsQualifications:HVAC installation experience with strong residential system knowledge required!Proven leadership experience managing or supervising field teamsStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of safety regulations, installation best practices, and building codesExperience driving team performance, productivity, and customer satisfactionProficiency with field service software and reporting toolsValid driver's licenseBenefits:401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and disability insurancePaid time off and holidaysEmployee discounts and referral bonusesCareer growth and leadership development opportunitiesCompensationSalary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually (based on experience and bonuses)Heritage Home Service is where skilled professionals become inspiring leaders.
