About the job Endodontist - Washington, NJ
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and friendly Endodontist to join their busy practice in Washington, NJ (Warren County). They are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. The ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Their model empowers clinicians to grow and develop their kills by providing educational opportunities and a generous CE allowance.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-4 years working experience.
About Our Practice
- In business since 2012
- Active patient base: 1,400, about 30 new patients per month
- Schedule: Ideally 1 day biweekly with the potential for growth (Mondays)
Compensation
- Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
- Malpractice insurance
- Benefits: 401(k) eligible and other voluntary benefits*

Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Highly proficient in all aspects of endodontics
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
- GPR or AEGD preferred
- Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
