Rytech Restoration is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing Contents Division. This position focuses on contents handling, pack-outs, cleaning, inventory, and pack-back services related to water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the restoration industry. No prior experience is required we are willing to train the right candidate. Previous experience in restoration, moving, cleaning, warehouse work, or contents handling is a plus and will qualify for higher starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Pack, move, and transport customer contents safely and professionally
• Perform contents cleaning related to water, fire, and smoke damage
• Assist with inventorying and documenting customer belongings
• Organize and label packed materials for storage and return
• Perform pack-back and furniture reset after restoration is complete
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Provide professional and courteous customer service on job sites

Requirements

• Valid drivers license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
