We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. Are you a talented, multi-skilled Craftsman committed to quality work and customer service? If so, success can be yours with our company! The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical, Drywall, Painting. Additional qualifications for this Craftsman role include proper equipment knowledge, troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently and manage time well, and excellent communication skills. Requirements include a reliable truck (able to haul ladder & debris), owning most of your own tools, being reliable, punctual, and professional, having a valid driver's license, and being able to pass a background check.

Other responsibilities include looking around the property and communicating to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle, taking the time to earn the customer's confidence and then inquiring about additional work that could be performed, sometimes fixing something small and then pointing it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more, maintaining the highest integrity and striving for top customer satisfaction, enjoying being an integral part of a winning team, and demonstrating the ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations.
