You will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely preparation of meals, and collaborating with management to create and refine menus. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain stock levels.
• Train and mentor kitchen team members to promote growth and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management on menu development and special event planning.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
