Plumbing Project Manager in New York

Job Description Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple plumbing projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and feasibility Oversee procurement of materials and equipment Monitor job site progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards Resolve project issues, delays, or conflicts in a timely and professional manner Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations Manage and mentor plumbing staff and subcontractors Qualifications: Proven experience as a Plumbing Project Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver’s license (if required for site visits) #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
