TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking Frac Equipment Operators for long-term opportunities supporting oilfield operations throughout Oklahoma.

Candidates must have a Class A CDL and be able to operate a manual transmission . Only limited frac or oilfield experience is required, and training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Candidates may be considered from any location . Company-paid hotel accommodations will be provided while working. Candidates who are not local will need to arrive at the hotel the Sunday night prior to starting.

This position involves long hours while on rotation, typically totaling approximately 100–120 hours during each 2-week work period .

Schedule

• 2 weeks on / 1 week off
• Approximately 100–120 hours worked during each 2-week rotation
• Candidates will initially work night shift for approximately one week
• Employees will then transition to day shift
• Travel to different job sites throughout Oklahoma is required

Responsibilities

• Drive, operate, and maintain specialized frac equipment
• Rig up and rig down frac equipment at job sites
• Set up iron, manifolds, pumps, valves, and wellhead equipment
• Perform pressure testing on frac equipment
• Operate pressure pumps, sand equipment, line equipment, and related machinery
• Drive frac equipment on highways, county roads, and off-road job sites
• Load and unload bulk and auxiliary equipment
• Assist with nitrogen and sand equipment operations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle and equipment inspections
• Complete DOT logs, trip sheets, timesheets, and required documentation
• Perform preventative maintenance on frac trucks, pumps, blenders, and valves
• Assist other crew members with equipment setup and breakdown
• Follow all company, DOT, federal, state, and job-site safety requirements
• Operate heavy equipment when properly trained and certified
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission
• Minimum 3 months of related experience preferred
• Acceptable driving record
• Valid driver's license
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Ability to work extended hours during rotation
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather and job-site conditions
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding oilfield work

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Tanker endorsement
• Hazmat endorsement
• Air Brake qualification
• Previous frac or oilfield experience
• Forklift experience
• Crane operating experience
• SafeLand or HSE certifications

Compensation & Travel

• $20–$25/hour
• $30/day per diem
