As our founding Membership Sales Specialist at KidsUnited- Lafayette , you will be the driving force behind the most exciting new early-childhood development brand in Colorado.

We are in our high-gear pre-opening phase , offering an incredible opportunity to ignite community partnerships, convert hundreds of enthusiastic families into members, and write your own ticket to rapid management promotion .

What You’ll Own

You won't just stand behind a counter. You will be the growth engine and the welcoming face of our facility:

• Drive Pre-Opening Enrolments: Turn digital leads, phone inquiries, and walk-ins into passionate, long-term club members.
• Be the Face of the Club in the Community: Get out of the office to lead grassroots outreach—setting up interactive pop-ups at local farmers' markets, school expos, and community events to generate buzz and fresh leads.
• Master the Sales Pipeline: Run daily, persistent outreach via phone, text, and email using our CRM to ensure no lead goes unserved.
• Deliver an Unforgettable Parent Experience: Welcome families with high energy, guide them through their child’s milestones, and foster a warm environment that keeps retention high.

• 1+ years in direct-to-consumer sales (membership sales, boutique fitness, youth sports, or retail sales experience required).
• High-energy, charismatic connector: You feel completely comfortable initiating conversations with parents, handling objections with grace, and engaging with toddlers and kids.
• Self-driven hunter mindset: You don't wait for leads to land in your inbox—you're ready to get into the community, network, and hit campaign goals.
• Schedule flexibility: You are available during prime family hours, including weekday afternoons/evenings and weekend mornings.
• Bonus Points: A background in soccer, youth athletics, or early childhood development.
