Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, families, and healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner

• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and efficient manner

• Handle patient scheduling, registration, and check-out processes with accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution

• Collaborate with other team members to resolve patient concerns and provide excellent customer service

• Receptionist duties will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• 0-1 year of experience in a medical office or similar environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
