Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with a construction organization supporting industrial facilities and infrastructure projects in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys keeping project details moving, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing directly to successful project execution.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with assistant project managers, field technicians, vendors, and internal departments to ensure documentation, purchase orders, invoices, billing records, and project files are accurate and up to date. This position offers steady project activity, supportive leadership, and a collaborative team environment where communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project documentation, records, purchase orders, invoices, billing support, and related administrative tasks.
- Communicate with assistant project managers, field technicians, vendors, and internal departments to support project workflow.
- Maintain organized project files and ensure information is accurate, complete, and accessible to team members.
- Track deadlines, document updates, and action items to help keep projects moving efficiently.
- Support office and field operations by assisting with administrative requests, vendor coordination, and project follow-up.
- Help ensure project teams have the documentation and information needed to support timely execution.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Costa Mesa, CA.
