Monday - Friday

6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless-steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project specifications.
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts and structures according to production requirements.
• Measure, cut, grind, drill, and prepare materials for welding and assembly.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Operate welding equipment, hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
• Repair weld defects and make adjustments to meet quality standards.
• Complete grinding, sanding, de-burring, and finishing work as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality control guidelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Previous welding and metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and/or Stick welding processes.
• Proficiency reading blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
• Understanding of weld quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing, fabrication, or shop environment.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
